JUDICIAL NOTICE
To: All Members of the House an Senate Judiciary Committee Members Washington D.C..
Ref: Malfeasance an Due Process Violation of we, the people's court system by design!

Ladies an Gentlemen,
This is a last call Notice to all Members of Congress in your personal an official
capacity as future Defendants in the United Nations Court Netherlands, The Hague!

Background: Dated July 4, 2010

We, the people have been lobbying for years now trying to reach out to all members of
Congress to listen to us the people of the Violations in our so called Courts in our America.

We first started this grass roots movement back in the early years of 2000, including the
Start Creating of the Record Campaign Federal Class Action in the Northern District of
Oklahoma, just to start with a few:

07-CV-0200-CVE-FHM, 07-CV-0242-CVE-PJC, 06-CV-460-TCK-PJC, CIV-06-200 CVE-FHM, 99-CV-
557 (WESTON V. WOODWARD – 01-5104, 2002 WL 49920, WESTON V. SCHLULER 03-CV-219-CVEPJC)

US Court of Appeals – District of Columbia 07-7041, 05-6102, 05-6098, 06-6215, 06-6279, 06-6253, 07-
5026, 07-5042, 07-5048, 07-5049

We first came to Washington on March 26, 2007, where myself an Mr. Rod Class an others
did meet in person with Congressman John Conyers, Chair House Judiciary Committee.

Mr. Conyers at that time requested that we put what we had in Summary which we furnished 479
cases at that time of Due Process Violations.

This Summary an other documentation was then transfered to Bert Wides, an some others in the House Judiciary Committee offices.

Apparently, no one wants to address the issues at bar and/or listen to we, the people that
Voted you in Office?

Course most of these Notices will probably not reach your disk as staff members will not get then to you then you will ask later if you were served after you became an Defendant, Voted out of Office an the staff continues their jobs in we, the people's Capitol?

We are requesting to come before you for future Public Hearings on Judicial Reform so we,
the people can share with you of what is and has been going on in our Courts across our
America!

The Time Frame for this Notice for a Timely Response will be thirty (30) days from this letter
dated to you. If you choose to not respond, please fell out the following Wavier of Summons
an mail a Certified Notarized Copy to the address above.

Thank you for your time in this matter,
Respectively submitted,
